This is the resident assistant for Brindlewick Commons, a six-story apartment community in Worcester. It learned the building from the community manager's walkthrough video and reads the resident handbook: where packages go, trash and recycling, the amenities, and how everything in the apartments works. Ask what a resident would ask, report something broken, or send it a photo of an appliance.
On a computer? Scan the code with your phone instead: voice and the camera work best there, the way a resident standing in their kitchen would use it.

The walkthrough video was made from computer-generated photographs and narrated by a voice actor, then read by the same system a real community uses. The resident handbook is written for this demo. Maintenance requests are simulated.
