For RV and camper dealers
Every RV comes with a box of manuals. Give it one voice that knows them all.
Talking Manual gives each owner a voice assistant that knows their exact RV: its floorplan, its systems and the manufacturer's own manuals. Owners ask at the campsite instead of calling you. Anything that needs a person goes straight to your service team.
No app to download. Owners scan once at the walk-through and it lives on their home screen.
See it in action
A first campsite, recorded live.
A new owner asks her trailer how to level it and which tank to dump first, then asks the dealer to call her about the fridge. Nothing on the assistant's side is scripted.
The walk-through ends. The questions start at the first campsite.
A new RV owner is suddenly responsible for a water system, a propane system, two electrical systems, slide-outs, leveling jacks and a dozen appliances, each with its own manual. Your walk-through covers it once, in the lot, in an hour. Then the questions come on a Friday evening, a hundred miles away: how to level it, why the water heater won't light, which tank valve is which. They call you, or they guess. Talking Manual answers the small questions any hour of the day, and makes sure the big ones reach you.
This is not customer service
It is there at the campsite, where your service desk can't be.
Nobody calls customer service to be walked through dumping the black tank. Talking Manual is for the questions that come up every trip, long before anything breaks.
| Customer service | Talking Manual | |
|---|---|---|
| When it's used | When something has gone wrong | Every trip, from the first hookup |
| What people ask | Faults, complaints, warranty claims | "How do I level it?", "Which valve first?", "Why won't the fridge cool?" |
| How it starts | Find the number, wait on hold | Tap an icon, at the campsite, on a Saturday night |
| What it knows | Whatever the owner explains | The exact RV, its floorplan, its manuals and the owner's history |
| Cost of a routine question | A service advisor's time | A few cents |
| When a person is needed | Starts from scratch | Arrives already explained: the unit, the problem and the conversation |
Questions nobody would call customer service about
It puts safety first: for a propane smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, it tells everyone to get out and call 911 before anything else.
How it works
Set up once. Every owner gets their own assistant.
We load your brands
The official owner's manuals, warranty guides and specifications for the lines you sell. Add your own component manuals, walk-through checklist and service menu from your portal.
A code at the walk-through
Type the VIN and confirm the floorplan. Each unit gets its own code on a sheet in the owner's packet; you scan it together at the walk-through.
Owners just ask
By voice or by typing, at any hour. Answers come from the manuals for that exact unit. When a person is needed, the request goes to your service team with the conversation attached.
A real one, working today
Meet the assistant for a 2026 Grand Design Reflection 298BH.
It answers from Grand Design's 210-page owner's manual, its warranty and service guide and the model's specifications. It checks the government's recall list live, and it knows the difference between a recall for the fifth wheel and one for this travel trailer. Ask it how to level, how to winterize, or to have the dealer call you.
Voice works best on a phone. Tap the microphone and just talk; you can interrupt it at any time.

What your dealership gets
Owners who camp with confidence, and a service department they come back to.
Fewer "how do I" calls
Hookups, leveling, tanks, the water heater, the slide-outs: answered on the spot, so your technicians can work on units.
Service comes to you
"Have the dealer call me" lands in your inbox, not the manufacturer's. Warranty work, winterizing and storage start with you.
A walk-through that lasts
Everything you showed them in the lot, available again at the campsite, in their words, for as long as they own it.
It knows the owner
Contact details come from your records and are confirmed, never asked twice. Past requests are remembered and included when something reaches you.
Careful by design
It answers from the official documents and says so, never guesses a weight or a capacity, checks recalls live, and puts propane and CO safety first.
Towables and motorhomes
Travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, Class A, B and C. For motorhomes it checks recalls on both the coach and the chassis.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
General assistants know RVs in general. The answer that matters is about this one: its floorplan, its water heater, its tanks and its warranty.
| A general AI assistant | Talking Manual | |
|---|---|---|
| Knows the RV | Whatever the owner remembers to tell it | The exact brand, model, floorplan and VIN, from the moment it is scanned |
| Source of answers | Whatever it has read online, for any RV | The manufacturer's current manuals for this unit, cited as it answers |
| Reaches your team | No | Yes, with the owner's confirmed contact and the conversation |
| Remembers the owner | Not for you | Contact details, notes and past requests |
