Talk to a new home's assistant.
This is the home assistant for 14 Larkspur Way, a new four-bedroom home built by Hollowmere Homes. It learned the house from the builder's orientation walkthrough video and reads the homeowner manual and warranty: where the shut-offs are, how to look after everything, and what counts as normal in a new home. Ask it what a new homeowner would ask, or send it a photo of something that has you puzzled.

It confirms how to reach you and sends a warranty request the team can act on. In this demo nothing is sent.

14 Larkspur Way, the Alder Crossing community and Hollowmere Homes are fictional. The home's walkthrough video was made from computer-generated photographs and narrated by a voice actor, then read by the same system a real builder uses. The homeowner manual and warranty are written for this demo. Warranty requests are simulated.
