For car dealerships
Every car you sell comes with a manual nobody reads. Give it a voice.
Talking Manual gives each owner a voice assistant that knows their exact car: its trim, its options and the manufacturer's own manuals. Owners just ask. Anything that needs a person goes straight to your service team.
No app to download. Owners scan once at delivery and it lives on their home screen.
"How do I…?" shouldn't need a phone call to your service desk.
New owners have dozens of small questions in the first months: charging, pairing a phone, a light on the dashboard, what the warranty covers. The answers are somewhere in a manual of several hundred pages in the glovebox, so they call you instead, or they guess. Talking Manual answers the small questions any hour of the day, and makes sure the big ones reach you.
This is not customer service
It works where customer service never would.
Nobody calls customer service to be walked through their car's features. Talking Manual is for all the questions that happen every day, long before anything goes wrong. It takes the routine calls off your team's phones, and it covers ground no call center ever has.
| Customer service | Talking Manual | |
|---|---|---|
| When it's used | When something has gone wrong | Every day, from the drive home |
| What people ask | Faults, complaints, billing | "How does this work?", "Show me around", "What does this light mean?" |
| How it starts | Find the number, wait on hold | Tap an icon, in the driveway, at 10 p.m. |
| What it knows | Whatever the owner explains | The exact car, its manuals and the owner's history, before a word is said |
| Hours | Business hours | Any hour, any day |
| Cost of a routine question | An advisor's time | A few cents |
| When a person is needed | Starts from scratch | Arrives already explained: the car, the question and the conversation |
Questions nobody would call customer service about
It does not replace your service team. It answers what they should never have to, and hands them the real work with the details already gathered.
How it works
Set up once. Every owner gets their own assistant.
We load your models
We add the official owner's manuals, infotainment guides and warranty booklets for every model you sell, and set up your branding and the inbox where requests should land.
A code in the delivery folder
Each car gets its own code, printed on a sheet with the delivery paperwork. The salesperson scans it with the buyer, and it goes onto their phone's home screen like an app.
Owners just ask
By voice or by typing, at any hour. Answers come from the manuals for that exact car. When a person is needed, the request goes to your team with the conversation attached.
A real one, working today
Meet the assistant for a 2027 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid.
It knows the car down to its VIN and trim, answers from Kia's own 755-page manual, checks the government's recall list live, and remembers its owner between conversations. Ask it how to charge at home, what a warning light means, or to have the dealer call you.
Voice works best on a phone. Tap the microphone and just talk; you can interrupt it at any time.

What your dealership gets
Owners who feel looked after, and a service lane they come back to.
Owners come back to you
Every "have the dealer call me" lands in your inbox, not a national hotline. Service appointments start with you.
Fewer routine calls
Pairing a phone, charging, tire pressure, seat memory: answered on the spot, so your advisors can work on cars.
See what confuses owners
A regular report of what owners asked about, by model. Fix it at delivery before it becomes a phone call.
It knows the owner
Contact details come from your records and are confirmed, never asked twice. Past requests are remembered and included when something reaches you.
Careful by design
It answers from the official documents and says so. It does not guess specifications, checks recalls live, and puts safety first.
Your name on it
The assistant speaks for your dealership, with your details and your inbox, on your own address.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
General assistants keep getting better, and that helps us too: Talking Manual is built on the same kind of AI. What they cannot have is the car, the owner and you.
| A general AI assistant | Talking Manual | |
|---|---|---|
| Knows the car | Whatever the owner remembers to tell it | The exact model, trim and VIN, from the moment it is scanned |
| Source of answers | Whatever it has read online | The manufacturer's current manuals, cited as it answers |
| Reaches your team | No | Yes, with the owner's confirmed contact and the conversation |
| Remembers the owner | Not for you | Contact details, notes and past requests |
| Tells you what owners ask | No | A regular report, by model |
