We load the official manuals, infotainment guides and warranty booklets for every model you sell, set up your branding and request inboxes, and supply print-ready code sheets for your delivery folders. For games, we load your rulebook, FAQ and errata, and supply the code for your box.

Questions about pricing

What counts as a minute?

Time spent in a voice conversation, measured to the second. Typed chat is unlimited on every plan and never counts. A typical owner conversation lasts about three minutes.

What happens if we use more minutes than our plan includes?

The assistant keeps working, and extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate. If you regularly go over, the next plan up will usually cost less.

Is there a limit on owners or cars?

No. Every plan covers as many owners and cars as you sell. You pay only for voice minutes.

Can we change plans?

Yes. A move up takes effect straight away; a move down takes effect at the end of the billing month.

Who pays for the minutes owners use?

You do; it is part of your plan. For owners, the assistant is free, with no app and no account to create.
